- Our tour leader will come and pick you up at your hotel in Tirana in the morning. We will continue with our journey in the direction of Prizren, which is known as Kosovo's cultural center and offers a wonderful combination of natural beauty, a long history, religious tolerance, and delicious food. Prizren's unique design is a result of its significant importance as an Illyrian village and an entry point for the Byzantine and Ottoman empires in the area. The river goes under the several bridges that cross the city and through the center of the ancient town.The easiest way to see the town is simply to walk in the streets, seeing the beautiful medieval homes that seek for your attention. For Prizren, creating artisanal filigree for precious metals is a source of pride and joy.
