- Bovilla Lake Off-Road Safari and Gamti Mountain Hiking
- We pick you up from your hotel at 9:00 a.m. and take you on a beautiful off-road trip to the Bovilla Canyons, which provide some of Tirana's greatest panoramas. Located between two mountain ranges on the northeastern side of Tirana is the lake of Bovilla. Due to its rich surroundings, it supplies about all of Tirana's drinking water. The mountains and trees that surround it give the water a green to blue color. Gamti Mountain There is a short climb that takes about 20 minutes to reach the summit of Gamti Mountain, where the breath-taking views are something that can only be experienced.Hiking the Gamti Mountain Balcony walk is an easy hike with increasing better views at the highest point at each step. An amazing view of the lake and the lush mountains surrounding it can be seen from the balcony. It's time to relax, take in the amazing views, talk and eat under the cave's shadows.
- Visit the Castle and Old Town of Kruja.
- After this tour, we move on to Kruja, the epicenter of Albanian resistance to the Ottoman Empire, led by Scanderbeg, our national hero. The Pope at the time named him "Athleta Christi" because he prevented the Ottoman forces from entering Western Europe for 25 years. We are headed to the Skanderbeg Museum, which primarily focuses on the life and times of Albania's national hero, Scanderbeg, who gained respect for his struggle against the Ottoman Empire. Ultimately, we explore Kruja's historic Bazaar, filled with traditional handicrafts and souvenirs. We return to the capital city after spending some time alone ourselves. Return to Tirana. End of our service.
